1. Promoter

The promoter is Manifatture del Nord S.r.l. A one-person limited company headquartered in via Mazzacurati 6, 42122, San Maurizio (RE) – VAT No. 01397590355.

2. Authorised entity

The authorised entity is Promosfera Srl, with registered office in via XXV Aprile 56, 21011 Casorate Sempione (VA). Tax Code - VAT No. 02250050024.

3. Promotional products and brands

The promotional goods are all “Pennyblack” products purchased on the website www.pennyblack.com.

4. Recipients

The recipients of the promotion are all final consumers resident or domiciled in European Union countries.

5. Aim of the promotion

This promotion is being conducted to encourage sales of the promoted brand.

6. Duration of the prize draw

The promotion will be valid from 12 September to 25 September 2022.

7. Prize competition methods

All consumers who place an order for any amount at pennyblack.com during the promotional period have the right to receive a free gift of a pochette. The prize will be provided at the same time as this purchase and will be placed in the box with the goods ordered.

8. Nature and value of the prizes

The prize consists of 1 Pennyblack pochette.

The plan is to distribute 850 pochettes, with a unit value of 3.90 Euros (excluding VAT).

The total indicative value of the prizes amounts to 3,315.00 Euros (excluding VAT).

It is not possible to request an exchange/replacement prize or the corresponding cash value for any reason. It is not possible to ask for compensation following any damage resulting from the use of the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes advertised with prizes of the same or a greater value.

9. Delivery of prizes

The prize will be delivered alongside the order of the Pennyblack products purchased. Therefore, its delivery will coincide with the receipt of the actual order.

10. Territorial scope

The operation is valid in Italy and European Union countries.

The prize competition is subject to the regulations in force in Italy for prize events (Presidential Decree 430/2001). In conformity with the provisions of FAQ no. 6 of the Ministry of Economic Development, participation in this initiative is also open to the rest of Europe, where not prohibited by local regulations (it is the responsibility of each participant to comply with the regulations applicable in their country). Participation from EU countries is also permitted based on the provisions of EU Directive 2000/31/EC, with the exception of any prohibitions imposed at local level.

11. Advertising the promotion

Manifatture del Nord S.r.l. Unipersonale will announce the promotion through the Pennyblack newsletter and related official social media channels and on the website www.pennyblack.com: the advertising message will conform to this regulation.

12. Storage of the regulation

The above declaration, relating to the regulation, prepared and self-certified pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 3 of Presidential Decree 430/2001, is to be kept at the registered office of the delegated company Promosfera srl - via XXV Aprile 56, 21011 Casorate Sempione (VA) where it will be kept for the entire duration of the competition and for twelve months after its conclusion.

13. Guarantees and Obligations

This prize competition is conducted in compliance with Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001 and in accordance with the instructions in Circular no. 1/ATMC of the Ministry of Economic Development of 28 March.
